Job Role or Description
- The candidate will be engaged in resolving L1 only technical queries and basic troubleshooting for international clients by connecting with them on call, email, remote and resolving issues like login, application installation, password locked, etc. Excellent English Communication is a must. · Requires exceptional verbal and written communication skills as well as strong customer service and interpersonal skills · Should have knowledge on basic desktop issues, printer installations, Active Directory, Exchange, Hardware issues, Wireless issues. · Willingness to work in any shifts including night shifts · Accountable to answer customer requests and assisting customer either by email/chat or over the phone · Should be flexible for voice support Eligibility Criteria: • Qualification: Any graduate or Post graduate. • Experience Range: 1 to 4 Years relevant experience in desired skills. • Should have good technical skill. • Comfortable working in BPS/BPO payroll and grade. • Candidates with gaps in education or employment of more than 2 years are requested not to apply. • Minimum 15 yrs of full time education is must. (Full time Graduation is mandatory) • Graduates through Open Universities/ Correspondence are requested not to apply. • Candidates should be willing to work in Night/ Rotational Shifts • Candidates must have cleared their Supplementary or ATKT exams of 1st year or 2nd year before appearing for the interview. • Should NOT have attended TCS interview in the past 6 months.
