Required Technical Skill Set (Must-Have)

• CCNA (Mandatory) | CCNP (Preferred)

• Strong hands-on experience with Routing & Switching

• In-depth knowledge of Cisco switches & routers:

  • Nexus 7K/5K/2K, Cisco 6500/4500/3750/2900

  • Routers 4000/7200/3800/2800 series

• Expertise in BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, Static & Dynamic Routing

• Strong troubleshooting skills in L2 & L3 networks

• Experience with IPSEC / GRE tunnels, STP, VTP

• Knowledge of MPLS, SD-WAN, NetFlow, Wireshark

• Experience in managing large-scale data centers

• Understanding of Cisco ACI (Leaf-Spine), VPC, VSS, HSRP/VRRP

Good-to-Have Skills

• Hands-on experience with HP Aruba switches

• Exposure to Firewalls, Load Balancers & Wi-Fi

• Experience working in enterprise network environments

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and troubleshoot complex network switching and routing issues

• Manage and support enterprise & data-center network infrastructure

• Perform root-cause analysis and ensure high availability

• Handle routing redistribution, security tunnels, and performance optimization

• Ensure adherence to industry best practices for network operations
