Key Responsibilities

Provide first-level technical support to end users via call, chat, and email

Troubleshoot application, system administration, and network issues

Log, track, and update incidents accurately in the ticketing tool

Prioritize and resolve IT incidents within defined SLAs
-
Identify critical issues and escalate to higher support teams when required

Ensure timely resolution of helpdesk requests with quality documentation
Preferred Candidate Profile

Any Graduate (Freshers or up to 1 year experience)

Background in Service Desk / Customer Support is a plus

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Basic understanding of IT troubleshooting concepts
