Roles & Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end administrative activities including procurement, housekeeping, safety, and security

Handle employee induction, purchase of equipment, and office supplies

Prepare monthly finance & facilities reports

Budgeting & cost control, monitoring budget vs variance

Contract management and vendor coordination

Oversee repair, maintenance, and replacement of office equipment, furniture, vehicles, and infrastructure

Manage security & surveillance systems

Asset management across multiple locations

Conduct audits, documentation, process controls, and compliance checks

Event management – meetings, conferences, travel arrangements

Coordinate with internal departments and branch offices

Support project management, cost optimization, and business expansion plans

Act as an information hub for administration-related activities

Supervise stationery, petty cash, courier, housekeeping, pest control, and other admin services
