✨ About the Role:

TCS is hiring for non-technical graduates for an e-Governance project in collaboration with the Passport Seva Kendra (PSK). If you’re a recent graduate with great communication and customer service skills, this is the opportunity to step into a government support role with one of India’s top IT service providers.

✅ Eligibility Criteria:

• 📚 Education:
  • BA, B.Com, B.Sc, BBA, BBM, BCA (2024 graduates only)
  • Full-time education only
  • Minimum 50% throughout academics
• 🧾 Note:
  ❌ Candidates from technical backgrounds (B.E/B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA) are not eligible
  ❌ No interviews for candidates who appeared for TCS in the last 6 months

🧠 Key Skills Required:

• Good communication & interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English and regional language (Telugu preferred)
• Strong customer service orientation
• Basic computer proficiency & good typing accuracy
• Comfortable in a fast-paced operational support role
