📋 Job Description

• Role: Customer Support Executive (Tamil Voice – TNEB Process)

• Department: Customer Success, Service & Operations

• Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent

• Experience Required: 0 – 1 Year

• Salary: ₹80,000 – ₹1.5 LPA (₹11,000 – ₹13,000 per month)

• Additional Benefits:

🎯 Job Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer care calls for the TNEB (Tamil Nadu Electricity Board)

• Support Tamil-speaking customers regarding electricity-related queries

• Ensure polite, accurate, and efficient customer interactions

• Maintain quality in service delivery

• Follow call scripts and document all interactions as per guidelines

✅ Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification:

  • Any Degree

  • Diploma or 3-Year Polytechnic Diploma accepted

• Language: Must be fluent in Tamil

• Experience: Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year experience welcome

• Shifts: Rotational
