• Role: Procure to Pay (P2P)

🎓 Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Minimum 15 years of full-time education (10+2+3)
• Graduation Stream: B.Com / M.Com or equivalent (non-technical graduates only)
• Must be flexible with night shifts and rotational shifts
• EP Number mandatory (see registration steps below)
• Experience in Accounts Payable, including invoice processing, vendor reconciliation, and payment handling

💼 Job Responsibilities

• Process domestic and foreign currency invoices as per SLAs
• Handle invoice processing, T&E processing, and vendor payments
• Maintain and reconcile vendor master records
• Communicate with external vendors and internal stakeholders
• Address invoice-related queries and escalate where necessary
• Generate and review AP reports and perform quality checks
• Create and maintain SOPs and knowledge bases
• Train and support junior team members
• Identify process improvement opportunities
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and finance policies

🛠 Key Skills Required

• End-to-end Accounts Payable (AP) experience
• Hands-on with invoice validation, query resolution, and reconciliation
• Strong communication and stakeholder management
• Good MS Excel and reporting skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions
