🎯 Job Description
- Manage customer data and requests as per SLAs (TAT, productivity, and quality)
- Execute tasks based on defined processes and timelines
- Support team with reports and documentation
- Identify and resolve basic fraud or data errors
- Ensure confidentiality and quality compliance
- Participate in team and process improvement initiatives
💡 Skills Required
- Good English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and formulas
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Time management, adaptability, and problem-solving ability
- Basic understanding of the banking or financial services domain is a plus
