🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot multi‑vendor IP/MPLS networks (BGP, OSPF, VLAN, HSRP, VRRP, MPLS).
- Provide L1/L2 support for field‑reported incidents; coordinate with cross‑functional teams, OLOs, and 3rd‑party vendors.
- Analyze alarms, generate daily traffic & availability reports, and drive corrective actions.
- Perform configuration audits, backup activities, and assist in network upgrades.
- Troubleshoot complex voice call‑routing issues (CUCM, Voice Gateways, SBC, PBX).
- Create meaningful KPI dashboards using EMS/NMS and packet‑analysis tools.
🎯 Desired Skill Set
- Valid CCNA certification with solid understanding of routing & switching fundamentals.
- Hands‑on experience in 24×7 NOC operations supporting large enterprise or carrier networks.
- Proficiency with SDH, DWDM, Carrier Ethernet, and multi‑vendor EMS/NMS platforms.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and prioritization skills; comfortable under high‑pressure SLAs.
