📢 Job Overview:
- 🔹 Role: Customer Service Executive – Voice
- 🔹 Job Type: Full-time
- 🔹 Experience Required: 1 to 5 years
- 🔹 Location: Pune
- 🔹 Shift: 24×7 rotational shifts
- 🔹 Education: Minimum 15 years of full-time education (10+2+3), Any Graduate (e.g., B.Com, BA).

🎯 Key Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound and outbound customer calls regarding telecom services (Internet, Cable, Cellular, etc.)
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide appropriate solutions
- Upsell and cross-sell products and services when relevant
- Log customer interactions in the system accurately
- Escalate Tier 2 queries and service issues appropriately
- Collaborate with internal teams like QA, Workforce Management, and Team Leads
🛠️ Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong communication skills in English (multi-language is a plus)
- Good problem-solving and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of Windows-based applications (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Familiarity with telecom services and products
- Ability to work under pressure and in rotating shifts
- Previous experience in a voice-based contact center is desirable (0 to 2+ years)
