💬 Roles & Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls for international clients (UAE/US depending on process).

Provide accurate information and customer support professionally.

Record customer interactions and update CRM systems.

Resolve queries while maintaining quality and compliance guidelines.

Escalate unresolved issues to senior teams when required.

Follow scripts, process documentation, and call standards.

Meet performance benchmarks including call quality, CSAT, and handling time.

Work in 24/7 rotational/US shifts as per business requirements.

✔ Excellent verbal English communication skills
✔ 0–3 years experience (Freshers welcome!)
✔ Willingness to work in night shifts / rotational shifts
✔ Graduation NOT mandatory
