Job Description
Sutherland is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals for its International Voice Process (Night Shift).
This role involves handling voice, chat, and email interactions with international clients while ensuring top-notch customer service.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer support via voice, email, and chat channels.

Handle queries, complaints, and troubleshooting in a professional and timely manner.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and adherence to service quality.

Maintain accuracy, efficiency, and empathy in all customer communications.

Work in 24×7 rotational shifts, including night shifts.
Candidate Profile
-
Excellent English communication skills – verbal and written.
-
Minimum 6 months of international BPO voice experience preferred.

Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
-
Comfortable working in rotational and night shifts.
-
Proficient with MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).
-
Good typing speed and computer literacy.
-
Team player with a positive and proactive attitude.
