About the Role

Join TCS BPS and be part of the Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and KYC team, responsible for Transaction Monitoring, CFT Alert Investigation, and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD). The role demands analytical acumen, attention to detail, and compliance expertise in financial crime prevention processes.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct investigations on AML cases and alerts using advanced transaction monitoring tools.

• Perform KYC and PEP screening, enhanced due diligence, and remediation of customer files.

• Review customer transactions flagged for potential suspicious activities.

• Prepare and analyze Suspicious Activity Reports (SAR) and Cash Transaction Reports (CTR).

• Execute CFT alert investigations and sanctions screening.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory and banking standards.

• Collaborate with internal compliance and risk management teams.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Any Graduate (Regular 15 years of education: 10th + 12th + Graduation).

• Experience: Minimum 2 years to 7 years in AML / KYC / Transaction Monitoring.

• Graduates from Open Universities or Correspondence are not eligible.

• Maximum 2 years gap allowed in education or employment.

• Immediate Joiners (0–45 days notice period) preferred.

• Willingness to work in all shifts.

• Relieving letters from all previous employers are mandatory.

• Candidates who have attended TCS selection in the last 6 months are not eligible.
