🧾 Job Description
Join the People Operations team and play a key role in executing HR processes across regions including USA, Europe, and APAC. You’ll handle employee support, HR systems (Workday), payroll, LMS management, and talent acquisition analytics.
🔑 Key Responsibilities

First point of contact for employee HR queries across global regions

Maintain and update HRIS (Workday preferred)
-
LMS administration – course setups, user support, reporting
-
Payroll audits, reconciliations, and coordination with Finance
-
Recruitment analytics and dashboard creation
-
Support visa services and global mobility coordination

Ensure HR compliance and process documentation
-
Collaborate on SOP creation and HR improvement initiatives
✅ Eligibility & Skills
-
Experience: 2–5 years in HR operations/shared services
-
Education: Any graduate (HR or Business preferred)

HRIS: Proficiency in Workday or similar platforms
-
Strong Excel and data handling skills

Excellent English communication skills

High integrity and data confidentiality
