Strong knowledge of order processing, cash flow, billing accuracy, and collection workflows

Excellent people management and communication skills

Degree required (Minimum 15 years of full-time education)
📝 Responsibilities:
🔹 Order Entry:

Manage order intake, documentation, and escalation
-
Hit daily/weekly/monthly targets with SLA adherence
-
Coordinate with internal teams and customers
🔹 Billing:
-
Supervise billing operations and compliance
-
Mentor junior team members
-
Drive process improvements and handle escalations
🔹 Collections:
-
Manage collections and receivables
-
Build customer relationships and ensure account hygiene
-
Monitor multiple revenue streams (GDO/2 Tier/Direct/Leasing)
