Job Details
Position: Voice Process Associate – Technical Support
Experience: 1 – 5 Years (Minimum 6 months in International Voice Process required)
Salary: ₹2.75 LPA – ₹3.5 LPA (based on experience)
Education: Graduation not mandatory
Work Mode: Work from Office
Transport: Two-way cab facility (within 25 km radius)
Shifts: Rotational shifts (Predominantly Night Shifts)
Work Days: 5-day work week
Key Requirements:
- Immediate joiners (August joining)
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Technical knowledge and ability to handle real-time voice calls
- Prior experience in international voice process (technical support preferred)
