Achieve targets for liabilities acquisition through open market and existing customer base.

Identify and acquire customers who qualify for liability products through:

Branch-generated leads

Personal network

Referrals

Alternate channels
-

Maintain and update prospect database; meet prospects and manage relationships.

Support field conversion of existing unsecured loan customers to liability customers.

Cross-sell secured loan products and generate quality leads for loan officers.

Share customer insights and product feedback with the Sales Manager – Liabilities.

Enhance customer relationships with cross-selling opportunities.

Train customers on ATM, BC usage and drive adoption of alternate channels.
