Job Details

Position: AR Caller – Physician Billing
Experience: 1 – 3 Years (Minimum 1 Year AR Calling experience mandatory)
Salary: ₹1.5 LPA – ₹5 LPA
Education: Any Undergraduate / Graduate
Industry: Healthcare BPO / RCM Services
Work Mode: Work from Office
Shift: Night Shift

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle AR calling for claims resolution and denial management
• Work on CMS1500 forms, CPTs, Modifiers, ICD codes
• Ensure follow-up on pending claims and aged inventory
• Resolve denial scenarios and meet quality standards
• Follow SOPs and adhere to insurance guidelines (Medicare & Non-Medicare)
• Manage daily denials and complex claim cases

Skills & Requirements:

✅ Strong knowledge in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
✅ Good understanding of insurance guidelines
✅ Familiarity with Medicare & Non-Medicare processes
✅ Excellent communication & analytical skills
✅ Proficiency in MS Office tools
✅ Willingness to work night shifts
