📋 Job Responsibilities:

Achieve sales and collections targets
-
Source new business leads through marketing and field activities

Handle customer relationships and resolve queries
-
Manage portfolios in coordination with collections and operations
-
Conduct physical verification of documents, assets, and customer premises
-
Prepare Credit Appraisal Memos (CAMs) and ensure full compliance with policies
-
Execute EMI collections and manage delinquent accounts
-
Train and support the field team in reducing NPA and improving performance
-
Ensure 100% operational compliance with non-PDC portfolio norms
🎯 Desired Candidate Profile:

Graduate in any discipline
-
3 to 10 years of field sales experience in banking or financial services

Knowledge of local geography and demographics

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Comfortable using smartphones and basic computer functions

Must carry clean KYC and NOC (if from another financial institution)
