Job Role: Non-Voice Process Executive
Work Location: Uppal, Hyderabad
Eligibility: Female Graduates only | Freshers welcome
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer complaints and product/service concerns via chat, email, and internal ticketing systems
- Provide detailed explanations of services and resolve return/refund queries
- Maintain service quality and ensure timely resolution
Required Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Typing speed of minimum 35 WPM with 90% accuracy
- Basic knowledge of customer service and support operations
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
- Must reside within a 15 km radius of Uppal, Hyderabad
- Graduation is mandatory
