Key Responsibilities:
Customer Relationship & Services
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and requests efficiently
- Manage complaints upfront and coordinate for resolutions
New Business Processing
- Process end-to-end new business applications
- Scrutiny of forms, money receipting, and client ID creation
Policy Servicing
- Handle all servicing transactions (address change, refunds, NAV allocation)
- Track undelivered documents and manage service registers
- Provide phone-based support to channel partners and customers
Claims Processing
- Assist claimants with documentation and field visits when needed
- Coordinate with Claims team and manage handover of claim cheques
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain reports like MINT, PEPPER, WONDERS
- Ensure accurate and updated records in systems and files
Retention, Persistency & Lead Generation
- Revival calling for lapsed/paid-up policies
- Encourage policy reinstatement with home visits if necessary
- Engage walk-in customers for cross-selling/upselling
- Follow up with sales teams to ensure lead closures
Eligibility Criteria:
- Education: Minimum Graduate
- Age Limit: 28 – 38 Years
- Experience: 1 to 3 years in backend operations or customer service (Insurance/Banking preferred)
- Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, good communication skills
