Candidate Requirements:
- 0 – 1 year of experience in International BPO / Call Center
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Ability to handle international voice and chat processes
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Must be comfortable working in a customer-centric and fast-paced environment
- Graduation in any discipline is mandatory
