💬 Job Description

Sutherland is hiring for its International Voice Process Team. The role involves handling inbound and outbound customer calls, addressing issues, and providing excellent support to international clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Listen and respond to customer concerns professionally.

• Handle complaints and returns through voice support.

• Provide detailed explanations of products and services.

• Maintain strong communication with customers to ensure satisfaction.

• Deliver excellent customer experience and support quality standards.

🎯 Desired Candidate Profile

• Excellent verbal and written English communication.

• Minimum typing speed of 35 WPM with 90% accuracy.

• Good customer-handling and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage queries, complaints, and escalations effectively.

• Graduation not mandatory – 12th pass candidates can apply.

• Must reside within 15 km radius of Uppal, Hyderabad.

• Flexible to work in night shifts (Work From Office).
