DCB Bank is looking for energetic and motivated candidates for Used Tractor Loan Sales in Kheda. The role requires excellent communication skills, local market knowledge, and a drive to achieve business targets through dealer and sub-dealer networks.
Key Responsibilities:

Visit and connect with dealers and sub-dealers to generate new business for used tractor finance.

Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure maximum business from the assigned territory.

Conduct field investigations and follow up for credit approvals from concerned authorities.

Ensure complete documentation, stamping, and all pre/post-disbursement formalities.

Organize marketing melas and events with dealers to increase visibility and business volumes.
👨💼 Preferred Candidate Profile

Experience: 1–4 years in used tractor finance or refinance tractor loan sales.

Good knowledge of rural/agricultural finance markets.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently and build strong customer relationships.
