Key Responsibilities:

Handle outbound calls for sales, upselling, and customer retention.

Generate and qualify leads through telemarketing activities.

Convert leads into customers by delivering strong value propositions.

Provide top-quality customer service and resolve client issues efficiently.

Achieve daily and weekly sales targets.

Stay updated on new products, services, and promotions.

Maintain accurate records of all sales interactions.
🎓 Desired Candidate Profile

Education: Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate

Experience: 0 – 2 years (Freshers Welcome)

Preferred Background: Telecom, BPO Sales, Inside Sales, or Telemarketing
