Role 1 – 100% Voice Process / Journey Management / Customer Support
- Handle inbound calls in US English (NAM) and Non-NAM languages (English, Hindi, Arabic, Urdu).
- Engage in unscripted conversations requiring problem-solving and strong thought process.
- Freshers preferred.
Role 2 – International Airlines Logistics (Travel Domain – US)
- 70% Email / 30% Voice support.
- Rotational night shifts, 5 days working with 2 rotational offs.
- Strong written and verbal English communication.
Role 3 – International Telecom & Internet Support
- Customer support + technical broadband support.
- 100% Voice process.
- Rotational night shifts, 5 days working with 2 split offs.
- Open to freshers, non-BPO, and BPO experienced candidates.
