As a Voice Process Executive – Blended, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to customers across inbound and outbound channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer queries via phone, email, webchat, letters, etc.
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Update internal databases with information about technical issues and customer interactions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of queries or requests.
- Inform customers about new features, promotions, and digital channels.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved effectively.
- Maintain a customer-centric approach in all interactions.
- Support a positive workplace environment adhering to company policies.

✅ Graduate (UG)
✅ 1 – 5 years of experience in voice or blended processes
✅ Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
