• Provide excellent customer service and resolution based on company guidelines.

• Analyze patterns and ensure compliance with process policies.

• Work in a 24/7 shift environment reviewing user-generated content, which may include sensitive materials.

🎓 Required Qualifications

• Any Graduate (except Law/Diploma).

• 0–2 years of experience (Customer service experience preferred).

• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

• Flexible with rotational shifts and work schedules.
