Job Role or Description
- A High School Diploma or Graduate Prior customer service experience of 0 to 3yrs Should be comfortable with Night Shift (Flexible with 24 / 7 & Rotational Shifts and Rotational off) Excellent verbal and written communication skills, proficient reading skills Able to work positively in a fast-paced, changing environment. Candidates should be comfortable with voice process. Basic PC keyboarding skills, basic Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) experience required It is work from office opportunity. Job responsibility: Demonstrate ability to perform at a high level, to support our high volume of inbound Customer calls/queries To provide quality customer assistance and support to bring resolution of escalated customer issues in a friendly and efficient manner Provide basic troubleshooting on a variety of products and services and respond to inquiries about services Work and partner with others: Within a team-based environment Achieve and maintain required metrics and goals
