📝 Roles & Responsibilities

Identify and convert new business leads through field sales to acquire customers for CASA (Current Account & Savings Account), credit cards, and other banking products.

Conduct door-to-door visits and promote Axis Bank offerings in the assigned territory.

Build & maintain strong customer relationships to enhance cross-selling opportunities.

Achieve monthly targets for account openings, sales numbers, and overall customer acquisition.

Ensure daily field activity reports and maintain high productivity.
🎯 Desired Candidate Profile

0–1 year for freshers & up to 6 years experience in field sales, CASA sales, or financial product sales.
