🎯 Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries through phone, email, and chat
- Deliver a high-quality support experience to international clients
- Troubleshoot customer issues and offer timely resolutions
- Work in 24×7 rotational shifts, including night shifts
- Meet service level targets and maintain customer satisfaction scores
✅ Eligibility Criteria:
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written)
- Good typing speed and basic computer proficiency (MS Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Open to work in rotational/night shifts
- Must be a team player with a proactive attitude
- Candidates should reside within 1.5 km of the nearest railway station in one of the following zones:

- Central Line: Kalyan to Sion
- Harbour Line: Wadala to Panvel (excluding Taloja & Sukhapur)
- Western Line: Chandivali & Mira Road (via Ghodbunder Road / Golden Nest Circle)
