📋 Job Role: Telecaller – Collections (Voice Process)
🔧 Responsibilities:
- Connect with delinquent customers and recover overdue payments
- Explain payment procedures and resolve customer issues
- Follow up using updated reports and customer data
- Encourage digital payments and timely settlements
- Maintain accurate call logs and follow-up records
✅ Candidate Profile:
- Any graduate with 1 to 6 years of experience in collections or customer service
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Comfortable making outbound calls and managing targets
- Prior experience in NBFC or financial collections is a plus
- Must be based in or around Navi Mumbai / Ghansoli / Mahape
