Job Description/Skills Required
- Troubleshoots, maintains and provides general support for our Property Tax software.
- Assists users with questions or problems, frequently utilizing a support ticketing system.
- Assist with the user and permission maintenance, such as passwords, roles, and inactivating users.
- Responsible for data integrity. Assists in the maintenance of system data and clean-up projects as directed by senior operations leadership.
- Experience new software tools including a support ticketing system.
- Prior experience in property tax data management systems is required
