Maintain accurate logs of employee queries and resolutions.

Troubleshoot HR operation-related issues with product/process knowledge.

Follow standard SLAs and resolve all client interactions professionally.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria:

Education: Any Graduate (BA, B.Com, B.Sc, BBA, BMS), MA, M.Com, PGDM, Part-time MBA
-
Note: Full-time B.Tech or MBA freshers are NOT eligible

Experience: 0 to 36 months in back office, HR operations, or data handling

Tools: Basic knowledge of MS Excel
