Role : Management Trainee – Chartered Accountant

Location : Gurugram
We are offering multiple roles in different functions within Finance, in multiple locations:
- Sales / Commercial Finance – Customer credit assessments, Contract negotiations, Risk analysis and mitigations at pre-order stage, Financing, Collections.
- Factory/ Operations Finance – Managing various financial aspects of factory operations including revenue, costs and balance sheet positions such as fixed assets, inventories etc.
- Commercial Project Management – Managing projects of different magnitude like a separate P&L, involvement in financial decisions and reporting in projection execution phase. Identify and assess financial risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies.
- Service Finance – Managing service operations of spares parts, repairs, field services of Siemens Energy businesses including processes such as order to cash and financial reporting.
- Controlling – Financial controlling of segment/ business units, budgeting, forecasting across functions involving monthly analysis of financial statements, identify trends, variances, and improvement opportunities. Coordinate and manage internal and external audits, ensuring the implementation of audit recommendations and corrective actions.

- The ideal candidate must possess a Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification, with 0-1 year post qualification experience.
- The candidate should have completed articleship with a reputed accounting firm.
- Strong analytical capabilities, adept problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral) and interpersonal abilities.
