Educational Qualification

Experience Required

• 6–12 years of experience in end-to-end US Accounting.
• Experience managing a team of 3–5 accounting professionals.
• Strong hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online (QBO) (Certification preferred).
• Experience handling US clients independently.
• Age limit: Up to 40 years.

Key Responsibilities

US Accounting Operations

• Manage end-to-end accounting for US clients.
• Handle bookkeeping, Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and payroll processing.
• Perform month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Finalize financial statements.
• Coordinate audit support and income tax assistance.
• Ensure compliance with US accounting standards and client-specific SOPs.

Client & Team Management

• Act as the primary point of contact (SPOC) for US clients.
• Conduct client meetings independently.
• Manage and mentor a team of 3–5 Business Accountants/Bookkeepers.
• Monitor productivity, quality, turnaround time (TAT), and work accuracy.
• Review team deliverables before submission to clients.
• Identify process improvements and training requirements.
• Handle escalations and ensure timely project delivery.
