BDO India LLP is hiring Chartered Accountant (CA) Freshers for the role of Associate – Technology Risk Assurance (TRA). This is an excellent opportunity for newly qualified CAs to begin their careers in IT Audit, Technology Risk Advisory, Internal Controls, and Risk Management. Selected candidates will work with domestic and multinational clients while gaining exposure to technology risk assessments, SOX compliance, IT General Controls (ITGC), and advisory engagements across various industries.

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
• Strong academic background.
• Articleship experience in Technology Risk Advisory, Internal Audit, Statutory Audit, or Risk Advisory will be preferred.
• Candidates should be based in or willing to relocate to Hyderabad, Chennai, Bengaluru, or Kochi.
• Willingness to travel based on business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Technology Risk Advisory engagements for domestic and multinational clients.
• Perform IT General Controls (ITGC) and IT Application Controls (ITAC) testing.
• Participate in process reviews, technology risk assessments, and control evaluations.
• Review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and assist in process documentation.
• Support SOX 404 compliance audits and SOC 1 & SOC 2 engagements.
• Identify control gaps, document audit observations, and recommend process improvements.
• Prepare audit workpapers, Risk & Control Matrices (RCMs), and client deliverables.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned engagements while maintaining quality standards.
• Escalate engagement risks and issues to senior team members when required.
• Build effective relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Contribute to internal initiatives, knowledge-sharing, and methodology improvements.
