Job Role or Description
- Client Processing Individual Contributor role, manages the day-to-day operations that handles effectiveness and efficiency of business operations, including accuracy and quality of contract implementation and billing services. Client Contract management, Contract Review, Internal control, Risk mitigation / Risk Management, Revenue assurance, Quality check, Peer review, including inquiries and problem resolution.
- Act as First Line of defence (1LOD) to ensure robust control in place over the functions and services performed by business unit.
- Conduct self-validation of control design and operation effectiveness as well as providing quality assurance with respect to the core processes and responsibilities owned by BU.
- Documenting risks and controls assessment results as well as analysis that supports risk acceptance
- Monitoring control activities as well as impacts as a result of change management, e.g., system, process and functions
- Providing advice and insights with respect to opportunities for control enhancement and efficiency improvement
- Serves as first line supervisor for assignment of tasks and resolution of issues.
- Directs, motivates and develops staff, maximizing their individual contribution, their professional growth and their ability to function effectively with their colleagues as a team.
- Acts as the offshore (Chennai) initial point of contact for issues requiring escalation.
- Should be responsible for process supervisory review and approval actions. Helps develop and contributes to the achievement of team objectives.
- Associates degree in a related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Bachelors degree preferred.
