Job Role or Description
- Communicating with consumers, making outbound calls to potential consumers and following up on leads.
- Understanding Consumers’ needs and resolving their issues.
- Answering potential Consumers queries and sending additional information per email.
- Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
- Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential Consumers.
- Explaining and demonstrating features of TUCH App & E-Commerce.
- Upselling milk products one time orders online.
- Communicating with Sales Team & Sales Office related IT & F&A team, and following up on TUCH & E- Commerce SOP.
