Job description
Position Description: Analyze and understand the client instructions in creating the document in an online content & style management platform. Provide high quality, real-time assistance to clients in support of their projects. Additionally, provide support to the leads and the team in completing projects on time with good quality.
Role & responsibilities
- Complete all assigned jobs as per committed time, in an accurate and client specific manner
- Raise any discrepancies in client supplied data with the Supervisor and Customer service team for appropriate client clarification
- Keep your supervisor proactively informed of any delay in delivering job over internal committed time
- Adhere to security and physical access procedures
- Check on daily basis for feedback and work processed as per target
- Ensure 100% compliance to set processes at all times
Preferred candidate profile
- Good typing skills and proficient in keyboard functionalities
- Knowledge of Accounting concepts is an added advantage
- Knowledge of MS Office Suite – Word, Excel is required
- Good communication skills
- Flexible to work in night shifts
- Understanding of Customer requirements
