Key Responsibilities
- Manage and lead teams handling Order to Cash (OTC) operations.
- Monitor daily activities including Customer Master, Cash Applications, Billing and Dunning.
- Handle periodical and quarterly accounting and analysis, including P&L and Sales Reporting.
- Identify unallocated/unapplied cash and coordinate with onshore teams to clear customer accounts.
- Manage KPI and SLA performance.
- Handle performance management and reporting.
- Drive process improvements and maintain operational performance.
Required Skills & Experience
- End-to-end knowledge of the OTC process.
- Experience in Cash Application and knowledge of different payment methods.
- Good knowledge of reconciliation and accrual activities.
- Experience working with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
- Knowledge of Collections processes is preferred.
- Ability to understand customer expectations and deliver according to requirements.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office, particularly MS Excel and Visio.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong logical thinking and query-resolution abilities.
- Experience preparing SOPs and working with tools such as Visio.
- Certification in quality tools is preferred.
- Experience in process improvement initiatives.
