Role Overview
R1 RCM is conducting a Mega Walk-In Drive for 2024 graduates to join its US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team. Selected candidates will work with US insurance companies to follow up on medical claims, resolve denied claims, and support the accounts receivable process for hospitals and healthcare providers.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow up with US insurance companies to check the status of medical claims.
- Call insurance providers on behalf of doctors and healthcare organizations regarding outstanding accounts receivable.
- Identify reasons for claim denials and work towards timely resolution.
- Prevent claims from being written off by ensuring regular follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate documentation of claim status and communications.
- Meet quality, productivity, and process compliance standards.
Eligibility Criteria
- Freshers only.
- Graduation is mandatory.
- Only 2024 pass-out graduates are eligible.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
- Must possess good English communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a 24×7 rotational shift environment.
- Candidates should be comfortable making outbound calls to US insurance companies.
