Role Overview
WTW is hiring Qualified Chartered Accountants with 1–5 years of post-qualification experience for its Core Accounting team. The role involves managing accounting operations for Captive Insurance clients, preparing financial statements, ensuring regulatory compliance, performing reconciliations, and supporting financial reporting and management accounting activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare financial statements and management accounts for captive insurance clients.
- Prepare Trial Balance, Income Statement, and Balance Sheet.
- Perform budgeting, forecasting, investment reconciliations, cash flow preparation, and bank reconciliations.
- Post accounting journals and reconcile ledger balances.
- Prepare statutory, regulatory, and management reports.
- Prepare Board Packs and benchmarking analysis.
- Monitor regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Calculate unearned/un-expensed reinsurance reserves.
- Calculate allocated investment income.
- Monitor shareholder and inter-company loans in accordance with applicable regulations.
- Respond to client queries and maintain strong client relationships.
- Review new client operations and support implementation of accounting solutions.
- Generate and maintain management information reports (MIS).
- Coordinate with internal teams and attend client meetings as required.
