About the Position: FS Deals Tax at Price Waterhouse & Affiliates
The FS Deals Tax team specializes in providing transaction tax advisory services, focusing on complex deals in the financial services sector. As part of this role, successful candidates will be involved in advising on mergers, acquisitions, restructuring, and other strategic financial transactions.
Required Qualification : Qualified CA
Required Work Experience : 1-5 years of experience in Direct tax/Corporate tax in BFSI sector.
Location : Mumbai (Please specify your preferred location – Goregaon/Dadar)
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualifications: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
- Experience: 2+ years in tax advisory, with experience in M&A tax, transaction tax, or financial services deals preferred.
- Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with proficiency in tax laws and financial regulations.
