Emaar India (Gurgaon) is hiring for Record to Report professionals with relevant experience in RTR (Only from leading Hotels)
Level- Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager/ Manager (Only from Hotels industry)
Education- CA/CA Inter, MBA, M.com
Budget- 9-16 LPA (Maximum)
Experience – 2+ for CA & 5+ for CA Inter or MBA, M.com
Pointers:
Prepare and Review consolidated financial statements at the quarter and year end based on the requirements of IFRS/INDAS.
Well-equipped in Budget Vs Actual analysis and can explain the variances in the commentary to the Management.
Min 2 years in GL review role of Balance sheet/ PL analysis.
Well versed in preparing BS and Audit schedules with utmost accuracy.
Multiple business unit handling at the same time during month end close/year end.
Good analytical ability.
Excellent Communication skills.
Self-motivated, energetic, Problem-solving approach and result oriented.
