Key Responsibilities
- Call US insurance companies on behalf of healthcare providers to verify claim status.
- Follow up on outstanding insurance claims for timely reimbursement.
- Handle payment-related information for processed claims.
- Analyze claim denials and rejections and work towards resolution.
- Ensure quality standards and process compliance are maintained.
- Perform Insurance Eligibility Verification (preferred but not mandatory).
Required Skills
- Good English communication skills.
- Strong verbal and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to work in US night shifts.
- Healthcare or AR Calling knowledge is an added advantage.
