Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to promote credit cards and loan products.
- Explain product features, benefits, and eligibility criteria to customers.
- Handle approximately 200–300 customer calls per day.
- Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable financial products.
- Complete customer application forms accurately.
- Perform KYC verification and maintain proper documentation.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain professional and courteous communication with customers.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Sales, negotiation, and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to manage high call volumes efficiently.
- Good customer handling and relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge of additional regional languages is an added advantage.
- Basic computer proficiency and data entry skills.
