 Key Responsibilities

• Engage with international customers via calls, emails, and chats

• Explain and promote insurance products and services clearly

• Achieve monthly sales targets and support revenue growth

• Handle objections, resolve queries, and close sales effectively

• Maintain regular follow-ups and ensure high customer satisfaction

• Build long-term relationships with global clients

 Required Skills

• Excellent English communication (verbal & written)

• Strong sales, negotiation, and objection-handling skills

• Confidence in interacting with international clients

• Basic computer knowledge

• Ability to work in a target-driven environment

 Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Any Graduate

• Experience: Fresher or experienced (0–4 years)

• Languages: English mandatory | Hindi knowledge preferred
