Roles & Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally

Resolve customer queries related to services, feedback, complaints, and center information

Address queries not resolved by virtual assistants (IVR / BOT)

Communicate with internal and external customers via calls and electronic channels

Escalate unresolved issues as per defined protocols
-
Maintain accurate records and documentation as per SOPs
-
Ensure compliance with client contractual obligations and process guidelines

Report performance metrics, query status, and escalations to the Team Lead

Participate in process improvement initiatives

Assist in mentoring and training new team members when required
Essential Skills
