Provide customer support through voice, chat, and email.

Assist international clients with queries in a professional manner.

Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns efficiently.

Ensure customer satisfaction while meeting performance standards.

Work in 24×7 rotational shifts, including night shifts.

Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written).

Strong interpersonal & problem-solving abilities.

Comfortable with rotational shifts.

Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
